About

Keith Armstrong hails from Oklahoma City, where he earned a BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He went on to receive his JD, with a focus in International Business Law, from Washburn University School of Law in Kansas. A summer fellowship in London deepened his understanding of Administrative Law and the early European Union, and he later hosted international conferences in Kansas featuring ambassadors from the U.S.S.R., France, Japan, Denmark, Hungary, and Sweden. In 1994, Mr. Armstrong relocated to Seattle to serve as a Washington State Human Rights and Civil Rights Investigator. The following year, he joined the Washington Attorney General’s Office as a trial attorney—advocating for the Department of Licensing, prosecuting for the Department of Health, and representing both sides for the Employment Security Department. Over his first five years, he tried more than 1,000 cases in superior court, the Court of Appeals, and the State Supreme Court. Mr. Armstrong’s diverse practice spans business law, estate planning, real estate development, employment law, and construction. Together with his wife, Andreta, he volunteers to feed Tacoma’s homeless and leads a veteran housing program in Pierce County. An avid international scholar, Mr. Armstrong has studied law in France, Italy, and Japan—and in 1996 even taught a Japanese-language seminar on criminal procedure and the O.J. Simpson trial to Tokyo law students. He alternates between public and private practice every five years, advising government agencies and helping companies expand overseas. Today, Mr. Armstrong lives in Spanaway, Washington, with his wife—also a government agency director. He remains active in the community by organizing legal forums, business-development workshops, apprenticeships, and workforce-training initiatives. His personal passions include high fashion, fast cars, and exploring Asian and African cultures. As founder of Strong International Law Group, he focuses on business law, estate planning & probate, and veterans’ disability appeals. Mr. Armstrong is committed to helping families build generational wealth—because legacy shouldn’t belong to just a few.
